Detailed Breakdown

We give all our clients a fully detailed quotation with a breakdown of Labour and materials. We do this so you know what and where your money is going from the outset.

We strive to ensure all our quotes are honest and based on a fair appraisal of any project, however if we feel there maybe an issue with a particular part of the project at one of the initial stages such as groundworks then within the quotation we will point this out.

Generally this is just a precaution, but from experience once the project starts and the fabric of any building is pulled back, hidden issues can be found that need rectifying before we can carry on with the job in hand. 

Valid for 30 Days

Generally our quotations are valid for 30 days, however material price rises out of our control can and will happen from time to time so its important to book work into our diary ASAP so this does not occur.

 It is also important to book us for your project ASAP, due to demand for our services, to avoid disappointment as our diary is a busy one.

Our Quotations can be Labour only should you wish to supply all or part of the materials, its entirely up to you. Just let us know at the outset so it saves us time preparing the quote for you. 

Your Budget

We strive to make your vision a reality with your working budget, but everyone needs to be realistic with there budget, as an example if you were looking to buy a new car and had the money for a mini, I wouldn't be test driving a Range Rover.

To that end being honest with us from the outset will ensure we come up with the best possible outcome, its surprising what can be done even with the tightest of budgets and more over just because its expensive is no indication of quality and value for money.

Our Ethos

Our service to you is based on a simple ethos of a fair days wage for a fair days work.

That means that unless its unavoidable to pick up materials on route to site, our day starts at 8.30am in the morning until 4.30pm in the afternoon with 30 minutes for lunch, 5 days a week.

In addition when we need to, we actually work longer hours and sometimes on Saturday's to catch up if we need to, and lastly we only undertake one job at a time until it is completely finished.
